By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BabyApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BabyApp is a mobile application that provides:

• Tools for tracking baby activities (sleep, feeding, diaper changes, etc.)
• AI-powered assistant features for informational purposes
• Data visualization and reporting
• Reminders and notifications
• Optional cloud synchronization

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your baby. The App's functionality depends on the accuracy of data you enter.

3.2 Medical Decisions

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will NOT rely on the App for medical decisions
• You will consult healthcare professionals for all medical concerns
• The App is a supplementary tool, not a replacement for professional care
• You are solely responsible for decisions made regarding your baby's health

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App to provide medical services to others
• Misrepresent the App's capabilities or limitations
• Share your account with unauthorized users

5. Subscription and Payments

BabyApp offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by BabyApp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BabyApp, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3.2 Tıbbi Kararlar

Kabul edersiniz ve aynı fikirde olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz ki:

• Uygulamayı tıbbi kararlar için kullanmayacaksınız
• Tüm tıbbi endişeler için sağlık profesyonellerine danışacaksınız
• Uygulama profesyonel bakımın yerine geçmeyen tamamlayıcı bir araçtır
• Bebeğinizin sağlığıyla ilgili verilen kararlardan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz

3.3 Hesap Güvenliği

Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz.

Şunları yapmayacağınızı kabul edersiniz:

• Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla kullanmak
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmaya veya hacklemeye çalışmak
• Uygulamayı başkalarına tıbbi hizmet sağlamak için kullanmak
• Uygulamanın yeteneklerini veya sınırlamalarını yanlış temsil etmek
• Hesabınızı yetkisiz kullanıcılarla paylaşmak

5. Abonelik ve Ödemeler

BabyApp hem ücretsiz hem de premium abonelik seviyeleri sunar. Premium abonelikler App Store veya Google Play hesabınız üzerinden faturalandırılır. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin sonundan en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir.

Aboneliğinizi cihazınızın abonelik ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler Apple App Store veya Google Play Store politikalarına tabidir.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın tüm içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevselliği BabyApp'e aittir ve uluslararası telif hakkı, marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.

3.2 Medizinische Entscheidungen

Sie erkennen an und stimmen zu, dass:

• Sie sich NICHT auf die App für medizinische Entscheidungen verlassen werden
• Sie medizinische Fachkräfte für alle medizinischen Bedenken konsultieren werden
• Die App ein ergänzendes Werkzeug ist, kein Ersatz für professionelle Pflege
• Sie allein für Entscheidungen bezüglich der Gesundheit Ihres Babys verantwortlich sind

3.3 Kontosicherheit

Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, die Vertraulichkeit Ihrer Kontodaten zu wahren und für alle Aktivitäten, die unter Ihrem Konto stattfinden.

4. Verbotene Nutzungen

Sie stimmen zu, NICHT:

• Die App für illegale Zwecke zu verwenden
• Zu versuchen, die App zu reverse-engineeren oder zu hacken
• Die App zu verwenden, um anderen medizinische Dienstleistungen anzubieten
• Die Fähigkeiten oder Einschränkungen der App falsch darzustellen
• Ihr Konto mit nicht autorisierten Benutzern zu teilen

5. Abonnement und Zahlungen

BabyApp bietet sowohl kostenlose als auch Premium-Abonnementstufen an. Premium-Abonnements werden über Ihr App Store- oder Google Play-Konto abgerechnet. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, es sei denn, sie werden mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt.

Sie können Ihr Abonnement jederzeit über die Abonnementeinstellungen Ihres Geräts kündigen. Rückerstattungen unterliegen den Richtlinien des Apple App Store oder Google Play Store.

Alle Inhalte, Funktionen und Funktionalitäten der App sind Eigentum von BabyApp und sind durch internationale Urheberrechts-, Marken- und andere Gesetze zum Schutz des geistigen Eigentums geschützt.

Ihre Nutzung der App unterliegt auch unserer Datenschutzrichtlinie. Durch die Nutzung der App stimmen Sie der Erfassung und Verwendung von Informationen wie in der Datenschutzrichtlinie beschrieben zu.
